  The food is always fresh and I've never had any experience with bad customer service here. I'm very impressed with the way this arbys tries to take care of their customers to the best of their abilities. Their "Red hat service" always makes me feel at home.

  Sat in the drive through over 30 min between ordering and getting our food only two cars were in front of us. Girl at the window was polite but when we got to the window she said we couldn't have the dr. Pepper we ordered because the lobby was busy and her manager said she didn't want to change it at that moment.
  The order was wrong after waiting at least 15 min at the window. Wrong sandwich and wrong size drink. Took sandwich back in to replace it and it was super sloppy.

  I drive a semi-truck n stopped to get something to eat at 9:30 p.m. The sign says lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. and the doors were locked and the manager would not open up to give me service stating and I qoute: " we are closed because I can't do the lobby and the drive thru at the same time" end qoute. This is just bad service and scheduling in my opinion. After driving all day and working I passed up Taco Bell, Mcdonalds, Braum's and other restaurants to eat at Arby's and got turned away because the Manager can't do the lobby and drive thru... wow... thats customer service. The lobby was empty and no one was in the drive thru at that time. After reading other reviews about this Arby's about customer service and quality of food, its no wonder why it was empty.
